CGS Engineers aim to provide a one stop shop approach for our clients. We can design, fabricate, grit blast and paint new equipment and sundry components, provide a full machining service and carry out repair work, insurance work and have a field service facility available.
Specality Services
Heavy Vehicle Modifiers
CGS Engineers is a VSB6 Accredited Heavy Vehicle Modifier; this accreditation allows us to carry out modifications to trucks and trailers, alter chassis lengths and fit trays, bodies and bins. On completion of the modifications, we will fit a compliance plate and supply the client with the certificate required by the licencing department.
CNC Plasma Cutter
We have a CNC plasma/Oxy cutter capable of cutting up to 3.2M x 2.8M sheets from Mild steel, bisalloy, Stainless steel, aluminium, copper, and bronze.With CAD drawing facilities available also, we can draw up any custom profile and have it cut in no time, from 0.6mm up to 50mm plate.
